AI Software Engineer
Turn speech and language models into real-time agents that work inside calling apps.
what you'll do
Responsibilities
- Build real-time AI voice agents: streaming speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech pipelines.
- Build LLM chat assistants with retrieval over customer knowledge bases.
- Integrate agents into calls and rooms in Flutter, web and backend services.
- Measure and tune latency, interruption handling and answer quality.
- Write tests and monitoring for agent pipelines and keep releases stable.
what we need
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience, with Python, Go or TypeScript.
- Hands-on work with LLM APIs, prompt design and retrieval (RAG).
- Comfort with streaming APIs, WebSockets and asynchronous code.
- Git, code review and tests as part of normal work.
- Onsite at our Faridpur office or remote, with good overlap with Bangladesh time (UTC+6).

Nice-to-haves
- Experience with speech-to-text or text-to-speech services.
- Experience with WebRTC or voice and video calling SDKs.
- Open-source contributions and a public GitHub profile.
